Spring Break!

I'm finally on spring break, and so far it rocks. I had a nice relaxing day with Eric, we went grocery shopping and just hung out at home. We're supposed to go hang out at a friend's house soon too...tomorrow we're volunteering for Mom's retreat, and then I get to hang out with an old friend (Jennifer Strohman, nee Jaeb), so that should be fun. Other than that, my spring break plans are pretty much just work, homework, and hopefully scrapbooking. Nothing too exciting, although I'm happy that I finally will have time to get some scrapbooking done, in between working on gigantic papers for my classes. Eric and I wanted to take a weekend and go to his parent's cabin, unfortunately, we're busy this weekend and next weekend (and the following month) so we probably won't get up there until summer. That's most of what's going on in my life right now, nothing super exciting which is ok with me, for now.

Lucky

Since I haven't posted since Italy, I figured it was high time I got back at it. Since I have to go to class in a few minutes though, it's going to be short.

When you search on the Google homepage, there is an option to click "I'm Feeling Lucky" rather than doing a regular search. I'm sure everyone knows what I am talking about. My question is, what exactly is it there for? What is the difference between a regular search and an "I'm Feeling Lucky" search? I never click on it, because I'm not a lucky person, but I'm a little curious.

To answer my own question: I clicked on it without entering anything to search for and it told me that it automatically takes you to the first page returned for your query, so you don't have to look through all the options. I don't think this was worth a blog post. Maybe next time my thoughts will be oriented towards deeper issues.
